Tour Itinerary & Highlights

Discover Istanbul with a special themed tour.

Sultanahmet - Istanbul Old City
We start our tour from Sultanahmet. This is Istanbul’s most popular tourist area. This is because the royalty of Byzantine and Ottoman empires used to live in this part of the city.
The Bazaar Quarters
After a short walk around the Sultanahmet area, we walk along the tram line and visit the Grand Bazaar. This ancient market is a marvellous place to capture exotic angles among thousands of natural frames.Following our tour of the Grand Bazaar, we walk towards the Suleymaniye Mosque. Along the way your guide will take you through the old book sellers street, Beyazid Square and the backstreets of the Grand Bazaar.Eminonu is one of Istanbul’s busiest districts (Istanbul has several!) as it is located at the heart of Istanbul’s main transportation hub. It is a great location to feel the hustle and bustle of the city and observe the local life. Eminonu is a busy market area where locals can find almost anything at affordable prices. This makes Eminonu the perfect spot to observe the locals.
Pera; Galata & Karakoy
We then make our way to Karakoy. Karakoy is one the oldest parts of Istanbul. Karakoy and its up-the-hill next door neighborhood Galata was known as Pera meaning the other side. Karakoy is the new popular area with Istanbul’s youth.
Across the Bosphorus
Another great opportunity to take some iconic photos of Istanbul is a ferry ride between the European and Asian sides. This ride provides great angles of the Galata Tower, silhouette of Istanbul’s old city, the sea traffic, Maiden’s Tower and the sea gulls!
The Asian Side: Uskudar & Kadikoy
Uskudar is one of the best places to watch sunset over Istanbul’s historical peninsula (a.k.a Old City) and its iconic silhouette. This is another great opportunity to take some truly memorable shots of Istanbul. We finish our tour in Kadikoy. Kadikoy is like Eminonu’s counterpart on the Asian side of Istanbul, yet more residential. Kadıkoy has the buoyant and unique ambience of markets, mouth-watering culinary options, independent shops, bars, pubs, second-hand book stores and cultural venues.
